Creaking drivers door on opening and closing

Hi all

I’ve had a creaking drivers door that has got progressively worse over the last few weeks. Today it was really loud. I’ve oiled the hinges and the check strap pin and put a smear of grease on the check strap but all to no avail. Anybody come across this before and know the solution? That is indeed an annoying creak.
Place a finger lightly on the retaining bar which I'd consider to be the most likely culprit and see if if vibrates or changes in volume as you partially open and close the door. Might be easier with a second person helping. That would confirm that's where it's located. My instinct is it is on that retaining strap inside the door.
If not then feel the hinges as you open and close the door. If still not located look to see if the edges of the door are fouling the sill.

That almost sounds like a plastic creek to me, but it's never all that easy to tell from a phone's mic.

Definitely sounds plastic which the check strap. I think I’m going to have to strip the door to find the source as it clearly isn’t anything that’s exposed and the door isn’t fouling anywhere.

Looking at the picture, it sounds like the nylon? might have failed?
