Windscreen washer front water tank

Valve is definitely the fix. Had mine changed and it now not leaked in last 2 months 😀

Damn, mine isn't fixed but definitely the problem. Can I asked what the dealer charged to do this ? Trying to decide to do it myself. I have read all instructions to remove rear bumper cover, my god just to replace a $10 part, would be easier to remove the motor, just kidding. Thanks Dave

I felt the same way £6 part but a real challenge to get to. I do lot of work my self but I do not like playing with paint work. I took to a local sport car specialist who charged 2 hours labour plus part £180

Just read this whole thread. I had a low fluid warning come up this evening which I expected as it's been a while since I topped it up. When I got home, the rear reservoir filled up with about 2 litres only. 🤷

Has anyone seen this?

Has anyone tried putting an inline valve somewhere more accessible instead, rather than having to take off the rear bumper to replace the original?

I too have a problem! 2021 model convertible. Just checking prior to MOT, and the washers stopped squirting. Rear water tank is full - in fact I don't think it has ever been used since we bought the car (March 2020). Investigated the front tank, removed the sensor and filled that tank via hose. Washers now OK, but I don't think the front tank is being (or has ever) been filled from the rear. Fuses checked OK.

Car back together now, but will try another day to connect the front tank sensor manually so as to trigger the refill. Otherwise and suggestions as to how to check/resolve further? Maybe fit a fill pipe to the front tank?!
