What have you done to your F Type today?

Had a bimble out to a garden centre. Saw another F Type so had to park next to it 😂
Perfect combination of coupe / convertible. Lucky to find two adjacent end of row spaces 😎
Two very special cars in close proximity.

The stars aligned! Both V6 models too.

Gave the car a lovely clean ready for when the sun comes out later :D

Just as I was drying the last panel, it started raining on my shiny and dry car :(

Haha - know the feeling. Driving along the coast near Malaga Tuesday at 32c and suddenly a downpour for 2 minutes among endless blue sky.
Was just enough to turn the rental Jeep into a beige mess of water runs and scrape the layers of dirt and pine needles across the windscreen.

Found the leak in my aircon with a cheap uv torch from Amazon. Only had it regassed 2 months ago. Looks like a new condenser is needed. Ouch!

Today I pulled on my big boy pants and installed the CTech comfort panel in the boot.
I hate touching batteries or doing anything involving electrics but it was pretty straight forward!

Nice job! It's the sort of thing you put off and when you eventually get round to it you're amazed at how quick and easy it really is! I'm like that with my year end accounts. :)

Cheers bud 👍🏼
I had to get it done as I just use the car very infrequently so the battery drain will become an issue if its not trickled regularly 😊
Now just got to have the Ehaust Filter Full issue sorted out, tried reseting the error codes but it still pops in. Its into Jaguar for a service today and they are going to diagnose it and let me know what needs doing.
My first 11 days of ownership have been a tad disheartening 🤦🏼😃

Added the Union Jack, flying the flag for Great Britain 🇬🇧

Very nice !
How did you do that ?

I bought the decal from Zen Graphics, trimmed it, then carefully peel back the self adhesive backing and stick it on. No more than a ten minute job simples.

I cleaned the car and enjoyed a little photo shoot of the best looking car I’ve owned.

Fantastic pics there LF.
The red roof goes really well with the carpathian bodywork and red callipers. Nice backdrop too 👍🏼

Thank you. It’s a lovely colour combination. With the 20’ carbon blades too 😍

It’s the nearest car park to my house, I’m lucky to live near the coast.

Stunning looking example! 👌 Line the big cats chin on the those centre caps up with the tyre valve though, it’s a forum thing! 😉

It's a Jaaaag thing - the smart repair guy who refurbed my XKR wheels knew about it!

Thanks scm……..even more of a reason ;)

A day out at Litchfield “Cars in the park” organised by the Rotary Club for charity. Some beautiful cars. The mighty F Type sat with some other British icons and was a real crowd draw. Pretty sure I’ve convinced at least 2 people to buy 😂

Great venue - been going for years and showing cars too.
Won’t be so good today with 3-5mm rain already this morning..
Lichfield - with no ‘t’ ;)
