I have found an excellent SIM option for mobile data connection in the F-Type. Once registered and then setup correctly in the connectivity settings, it roams all 4 major UK networks (3, EE, O2, Vodafone), automatically switching between whichever has strongest 4G signal. It’s on a PAYG basis and is really easy to top up online and is easy to purchase a data package to roam in Europe too.
Just go to data.grasplet.com make an account on the website and then order your SIM
Once the SIM is registered to your Grasplet account, you just stick it into the SIM slot under the armrest in the F-Type, go to connectivity settings - Mobile Data - Network selection, turn off automatic network selection, type in the APN address (which comes with the SIM) into “network”, click connect at the bottom of that screen, and hey presto! Completely rock solid 4G data connection.
