Sat nav for French roads?

Hi
I am taking my 2014 F Type R Coupe to France for the Le Mans 24 hours race. I am assuming that the standard sat nav is not able to work in Europe.
Has anyone had their sat nav upgraded, and if so, how much did it cost?
Admittedly, I have left it very late!

Standard works fine, spent 3 weeks out in france, italy, switz, germany etc - worked perfectly. Its not easy to see until you look for it but there is a country option somewhere in the menus. To save you the hunt we had if you get that far over - switzerland is ch!

Mine is also 2014, convertible, but should be same system
