Rear lamp assistance needed

Looking for someone with an UK or EU spec facelift car with the dynamic rear lights (sweeping amber turn signal) that has the bumper off or has photos with it off.

I am in the United Stated but converting to European front and rear lamps. I am looking to confirm the rear lamp pinout is the same for European-market/UK cars as North American.

My conjecture is the different functionality with the lamps is as simple as the programming being different, but have yet to make confirmation.

I swapped over the rear US lights on a 2017 non-sequential unit to a ECE one, and the plugs were identical and no programming was needed. Sorry I can’t tell you about your specific ones.
