Hi Paulo, having had soft tops for my last 2 cars and now my F type which will be 3 I can say that for me the absolute best product out there is Fabsil. It's originally intended to waterproof tents and canvas awnings I believe but works like a dream on a convertible roof.<div>You can buy it on ebay cheaply,I bought a 5 litre can for £20.00. Just apply it liberally with a paint brush and watch the water bead and run off. It's also paint friendly so you don't need to mask it but some people do.</div>

I have the two part autoglym system and it works really well. Once cleaned and treated mine has lasted over a year. I suspect I will need to do it again in the next few months but it seems very good or certainly good enough for the money,

hi there<div><br></div><div>ON this post. My 3 year old F Type roof is looking not so nice. It is kept locked up and away at night and I never fold it down when wet but it has developed crease marks and also marks where the internal frame parts push on to it. I want to treat it, get it back to looking black and new again. Any hints and tips?</div>

Yep - Autoglym for me too. Do it once a year and i'm on year 3 so it will last me 4 or 5 years i reckon.
