I dropped my car off this afternoon. Unfortunately there was still confusion about my booking.
1. The service job sheet did not mention that I have a 3 year service plan, despite me ticking the box on the online form.
2. There is still confusion about what services I might need to pay for. Specifically, transfer box oil and brake fluid. After much deliberation, transfer box fluid might be an additional cost.
3. The MOT was not listed on the service sheet. I selected that option when booking online. I'm glad I questioned it when I booked in today.
There appears to be a disconnect between the service booking data submitted online, and what the service department actually receive.
I've never had a problem there before, but I'm now worried about them doing a proper job!
I've emailed my concerns to the 2 different service reps that I've been dealing with.
P.S.
