An interesting 'Offside Front Seat belt buckle not functioning as intended (7.1.2 (d))' fail. Possibly broken somehow? There are a few of us win the Chichester area; where are you based?

We are based near Winchester. Thoroughly enjoying our 400 sport we have had for about 18mths, previously a BMW M4.
Looking at changing / trying a 575, the above happens to be for sale at Harwoods Chichester. Do you have any experience with Harwoods in Chichester?

I do know a few of the Technicians in there as I used to be a Snap-On Franchisee many years ago so dealt with them. Good bunch of lads/lasses in there and still in contact with them. Not had many dealings with the sales side but haven’t heard anything detrimental

Hi,
I’ve had a few unpleasant experience with Harwoods - both the Brighton & Chichester site.
Admitted not with sales but more the so called “service advisors” who seem to have a certain ignorance and arrogance.
So much that when buying my RRL405 they were not on the list.
I certainly won’t use them for anything on either vehicles.

I have no experience of sales, but have used them for servicing on the Ftype and XE for the last 4 years. Been good for me. They've done me a few favours which other dealers would probably charge for. Parts desk is great and will usually match/beat the internet, with collection next day in most cases.

My nextdoor neighbour has bought two cars from them in the past and was very pleased. Although, I do know of someone who bought a lemon from them which was back numerous times for fixes, before being returned.

RE: Harwoods Chichester, I’ve dealt with them since 2019, for two new purchases and yearly servicing. In both departments, I can only praise the service I’ve received. When I’ve had the misfortune of a problem they came to my rescue without question, they paid for a taxi to take me from Worthing to the dealership to pick up a loan car, as they couldn’t deliver it. Also when my F Type was in for a problem, they gave me a courtesy car, a brand new V8 Aston Vantage for the day. So on my experience I can only praise this dealership.
