Another newbie in Scotland. I have a Nissan 350z roadster and love it and the Dog likes to ride in it too, in the passenger seat with a harness on. Unfortunately my other half can't come too. Having had my XFS for 7 years and more than 70k miles I began to think an F Type coupe could be the solution. Much lurking here and elsewhere guided my purchase. A P450 with less than 4k miles is now mine. And it's really special. I am still fiddling with all the settings. Just found interior mood lights, animated indicator leds and active headlights.
So hi everyone. I have to confess to having two jags now. The dog prefers the back seat of the XF, certainly on our recent 550 mile run to Cornwall for sure, but for fun local journeys with AC set to coolish, he seems to be OK in the F Type. He stands some of the time with his head through between the seats, so a drool mat is essential. I am not so sure he will be riding in the front with the nice red leather seats. The leather in the 20 year old 350Z seems tougher somehow.
