FS: Flat Bottom Sports Steering Wheel - Heated and Refurbished

F- Type has gone so selling a heated flat bottom sports steering wheel that was refurbished by Royal’s in April of this year - since then the car has done around 200 miles, so the condition of the leather is as new. The wheel has perforated leather on the sides and light grey stitching. One thing to mention is that Royal’s do not strip heated F-Type wheels, so it is thicker than OEM and this reduces the intensity of the heating element to around 80% of a stock wheel, I also have a switch pack that I will throw in, but it has 2 missing retaining pins, and I would recommend swapping your current switch pack across from your car.

Also comes with upgraded OEM aluminium paddles. Images below, including a couple before it was removed from my car. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not come with the airbag.

Looking for £450 posted.

Thanks
Andrew

Sorry to jump on your post Madlil.
I had my Mustang wheel done by royal a few years back and was going to get them to do the ftypes but I would want to retain the heating element, will they not entertain any sort of heating elements when retrimming?

They said the heating element on the F Type is fragile so they only trim over the original leather. Adds an extra 1-2mm of thickness and the heating is not quite as quick, but it still worked. I assume they must have done one in the past, removed the leather and broken the heating element.
