Black bonnet vents??

Thinking of painting the vents on my 2021 model. Think they were on the original car anyway?
Believe it will break up the plain long bonnet especially as the facelift has lost the headlights
Opinions?

Can you not get replacements? Would look better than painting I would think. Or is there nothing to replace on the new ones?

I’m sure you could purchase black vents as they are in my bonnet
