Hi,
I called the customer care line this morning as yesterday, I had to have a battery replaced which was 3 years and 2 days old (yes, just 2 days after the new car warranty had expired). I understand that the battery is not covered under the extended warranty but thought I would ask to see if there was any goodwill as the battery had been failing for a week or so (well before the warranty end).
They stated that the battery was not covered under the manufacturers 3 year warranty which is a different message from the JLR assist technician who said that it was.
Would prefer some clarity here.
Car registration J13 AEF (and one of 2 Jaguars and 1 Range Rover at the same address!!!!)
