2016 F-Type Changing the Door Glass

I am in the process of changing the door glass and have simple question.

Does the regulator wheel retaining the door glass have a left or right hand thread?
So when using the JLR Window Tool should it be turned clockwise or anti-clockwise to undo the wheel?

Any further information about the process of changing the glass would be appreciated.

Reading the WSM info, it refers with the glass in the top position loosen the wheel anticlockwise. when tightening up the window glass should be in the bottom position and tighten up clockwise 12NM.

As mentioned earlier, anticlockwise to loosen and clockwise to tighten. See TOPIx screenshots below...

Thanks very much for the replies.

It was the diagram that caused confusion as using the tool as shown in the first diagram (presuming its looking from the inside of the door out) it would tighten the nut.

Successfully replaced now though.

That’s strange as the first diagram above shows the retaining bolts are loosened by turning them anticlockwise and the second one shows they are tightened by turning them clockwise (looking from the inside of the door out).

I’ve attached another TOPIx diagram which appears to confirm what I think you're implying i.e. the bolts are tightened by turning them anticlockwise and loosened by turning them clockwise (looking from the inside of the door out). Is that correct?

Good to hear you’ve successfully replaced the door glass.
