I was wondering if there is a workshop manual for the F Type?

I know Haynes don't do one, I doubt there would be enough demand to justify the cost.

I would like to be able to do some of the jobs on my car myself & would like to know I am doing it correctly.

You can either take a membership of Topix and view online. Search the forum for details.
Or, as I did, pay a specialist to create a personalised manual based on your exact car downloaded from a day membership of Topix
Cost about $60 and is around a 20,000 page indexed pdf manual. It’s all you could ever need..
