Hi everybody,
I bought an F-Type Coupe S with 41k on the clock in November 2019.
About a couple of weeks into ownership, I noticed a strange sound which seemed to come from underneath the bonnet when starting it up and idling it for about a minute. It disappears fairly quickly, after about 1-2 minutes of normal driving.
I attach a couple of clips on the link below and would appreciate any thoughts on what it might be. I showed it briefly to a technician in a garage and he thought it might be the fuel pump, but any thoughts much appreciated.
Hoping that whatever it is will be covered under the Used Approved warranty!
