Viewing this tomorrow - anyone know it?

If you have the VIN number you can view the Jaguar online service history for the car on Jaguar.co.uk.

Should be a top warranty for the price quoted. A Jaguar extended warranty is similar money,(probably slightly less) and that covers pretty much everything that isn't wear and tear. The Jag version is underwritten by Car Care Plan 0344 573 8065. It might be the same provider.

Is it over priced? They give 3 months warranty and its a grand to extend a further 12 months or 1600 for 24. Said it covers everything as they sell ferrari, Aston etc.

Car 52999, shows last serviced 21st May 2021 with 21,716 miles recorded.

You need to read the policy and see what it covers. Just because they cover other makes doesn’t mean it’s any good. Recently a JLR salesman was telling my daughter while considering a Velar that their extended warranty covered everything, so I read part of the policy while there and plenty wasn’t. I’m not saying their warranty isn’t any good, but most are insurance back policies and loaded with clauses on wear and tear, excesses and exclusions.

That's a disappointment, but there will be a car out there for you.

There seems to be a number of cars that hang around that get passed around the trade, probably because they aren't up to scratch. Better ones will sell quickly.

Once you've narrowed down what your desired spec is, you'll be able to act fast for the right car.
