Uneven carpet floor on passenger side

Hello,

i recently bought used Jaguar F-Type 19MY and noticed uneven carpet floor but only on passanger side - to be precise on the middle between feet.
There is a slight elevation under which you can feel something hard (a bundle of cables?) Its going straight from the fuse box area in direcion of the passanger seat.
Its nothing serious in usage of course but I'm just courius if this is factory solution or this is sign that someting was replace in the past in my car.

PS: I found technical drawing which im attaching to the post. I marked with red circle part of moulding which i feel under my feet/hand

It might help if you tell us which side the passenger sits, not eveyone sits on the same side!

Sure, my car is LHD, so floor on the right side of car
