OK, as many are aware I have been wasting a large amount of time and money changing my wheels and tires and sending the originals away for polishing, well having now taken the tires off my original rims, I have discovered that they do not have TPS' fitted, hence why the new wheels never caused any alarms, it would seem that they are monitored by the ABS system, on wheel speed. Which is good news !!<div><br></div><div><br></div>
 
Jamie - I'm reliably informed that the sensors for each TPMS valve is mounted in the rear of the wheel arches.
<div>Shame they have to do a few revolutions before they 'wake' to get a reading on the dash - would be nice to be able to monitor them at startup, before moving off IMO.</div>
