Tornado Alloys and Tyres For Sale

When I bought my F Type earlier this year, I also bought a full set of genuine Jag Tornado alloys (2 x Front, 2 x Rears) complete with Pirelli Tyres. These wheels have been refurbished so are in perfect condition. The rear tyres are 2019 and the fronts are 2017, all four have a minimum of 5mm of tread left, probably more, but I don’t have a gauge to measure accurately. Centre caps are included and are perfectly useable, although I’d probably have them refurbished or replaced.

I spent a couple of hours this afternoon putting them on the car so that I could compare with the Storm…….I prefer the Storm, so they’ve come straight back off!

Hi all, any advice welcome, should I be giving more detail on these wheels, I have assumed most people on here know what they are looking at so info such as offsets etc isn’t needed????

Am I being unrealistic asking for £300 per wheel/tyre

Personally I would say quoted price is pretty reasonable, as the set seems in pretty good condition.
Out of curiosity would you be able to share a pic with the storm wheels for comparison?

Hello Tom. I sold a mint set of Cyclones, with good tyres, about 18 months ago. Thought I’d get £1k, based on eBay pricing. Not a sniff. Ended up getting £500.00. Appreciate Cyclones not as desirable as Tornado.

If you prepared to wait someone will surely buy them. Depends if you have storage & want them clogging up your space. I just wanted them gone so happy with what I got.

There are tales of buyers, receiving sets, that stretch the description somewhat. As always the minority spoil it. This may put some off buying privately

I’d also try putting them on eBay & the UK F-Type Owners FB group. Might get a nibble from a bigger audience.

They are 20’s and to be honest I should have done a better job cleaning them, of course patience is the key!
