TINY screen wash capacity?

I’m trying to work out if this is right... i got my new F Type in the Summer and am still figuring it all out. I fill up my screen wash from the boot and the capacity is TINY. Teeny tiny. I probably get half a litre in there. Maybe a litre if I’m being generous with my guessing. It seems crazy. On the dash it has never said it’s more that half full.
Am I missing something?!

Hi, the screenwash system requires 5.5litres from completely empty.

I'm intrigued by the above comment. Screenwash fluid level is not displayed on the dash.

Me too! Never had a problem with capacity, over a gallon fits in there. Plus, the wash-on-wiper system is very efficient in its use of fluid. Very rare do I need to do a double squirt!

On further reflection I guess the OP is looking at coolant temperature as that's the only thing that will never read above halfway.

Low screenwash warning should come on when below 1L left. So 4.5L to fill back to max which is a galloon more or less.

My interpretation of this is that any message displayed suggesting washer level is low when the reality is that it’s full, would indicate a stuck float or fault in it the sender

As with others never seen it low and hardly uses any water
