Good evening. I would like to know who would be interested in a Swiss tour thus summer. If at least 10 F Types I could get interesting rebates. This is not a palace hotel tour, more like family hotels and vignerons' cellar .

Hi Paul - I would be interested, but it really depends on how many days the tour would take and your thoughts on dates.

I was thinking of a Thursday to sunday 3 nights. Could be June or end of July (bank Holiday of the 1st August). the date can be fixed based on expressed préférences. So if interested please specify your favoured dates.<div>The tour would start in Geneva go up the Valais into the Grison up to Bodensee to Luzern - Bern </div><div> </div><div> </div>

I Guess we would need to add another 4days to this to get to and from Devon - sorry, not sure I could take this much time away from work this year - but lets not say no just yet..

I'm slowly pulling a plan to do a euro tour this summer, ending at leMans24 18th19th June. Might not be able to make 3 days in Geneva area but should be able to swing by for a day. Jess

Im in Monza, about 4 hours away from Geneva, I could probably do a couple of days...thats if I can dump the kids with the wife. Its a potential for me to join in.

Just to update I'll be Geneva ish montuewed 6th7th8th June if anyone is around and wants to meet up? Current plan is a bit of Les Grandes Alpes from the lake down towards Crest Voland and then over to Bourg St Maurice but am open to alternate plans....<br /><br />Will be back again first week in September too - heading to dolomites then down to Cannes.

I like The <span style=": rgb251, 251, 253;">Bourg St Maurice as a meeting point. I let you know the day Ill get the Day Pass from the misses.</span></div>

Holidays are already planned for this year but we are planning a European trip in September next year.<br />Steve.

Can I suggest a tour in the Jura around St Cergue area ? I propose Monday at 18h30 meeting in front of the Nyon railway station ?

Im a bit thrown by the petrolrioting im seeing on the news....debating a route change - media nonsense or actual possible problem paul?

No real problem except that fuel is an issue as the CGT Union is strong among the Lorry drivers. So fill the tank and use the motorways or go via Strasbourg. Everything may be back to normal in a few days

<div><br></div><div>I live in France and fuel is definitely an issue. Media is underplaying it if anything.</div>

Okay, new route plan needed....will take a look, i can come down through germany instead and still hit geneva on the same schedule i think, then see how comfortable we feel on fuel situation and thus either mountain passes to bourg, or run along the lake on the south side and down the swiss roads to italy (aosta), thus still getting in range of joe?

Today the situation is apparently easing. Many refineries have been 'unblocked'. Personally i would plan alternatives through Belgium and Germany, however wait until next week as it could well be business as usual.<div><br></div><div>I'm due to ride (motorbike) to the north coast of France mid week next week and have similar if worse problems as the bike has a 120 mile range! I'm planning to decide on Tuesday.</div>

Just to let you know Jess that I can be around the Mont Blanc tunnel area for around 10am, in time to meet up maybe, depending on your schedule, and have elevenses<img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />
