Has anyone had the supercharger drive coupler replaced, and can give me an idea of cost for the job?
Mine is starting to chatter when the engine is cold. I haven’t got time to diy right now, so thinking about sending in to be done. Reading up on the job, it looks like it’s a supercharger removal, and there’s a few other jobs that are best done at the same time. Coolant pipes and oil change for the supercharger.
If I leave it, will it do more damage or fail completely?

All I know is that on a cold start it’s a bit noisy, irregular clattering. It mostly goes away after it’s warmed up.
I’ve read lots about the spring-dampened coupler that fails. Many say replacement with a solid replacement cures it.
The attached Jaguar bulletins should give you all the info you need including a summary of the 'clattering' noise you are hearing, the possible cause of the noise, how to check (by removing the supercharger drive belt and rotating the supercharger pulley by hand / Noise, Vibration & Harshness test - Accessory drive belt Diagnostic procedure), parts details, time required for the job to be done etc.

If you wanted to buy good quality non main dealer parts, Powerhouse UK sell parts/kits/services for the F-Type supercharger and they have an ebay shop. The following information on the Eaton Jaguar TVS R1320 (V6) and R1900 (V8) superchargers is taken from their main website https://powerhouse.uk/supercharger-parts-rebuild-kits/eaton-jaguar-tvs-supercharger-rebuild-kits/
“On the TVS supercharger, rattling at idle is the first indication that your coupler is failing or broken. Continued noise may indicate that a bearing is starting to wear. The important thing is to have a supercharger repaired when you hear early signs of something being wrong – if they are left rattling too long damage can spread from bearing wear, which is curable, to wear of the rotors and/or main casing, which can become bad enough to scrap the supercharger.”
“The Achilles heel on the Jaguar and Range Rover TVS is the sprung drive coupler, if you have a rattle at idle it could very well be this. The coupler spring wears against the shaft until it breaks and badly wears the shaft as pictured. Our uprated coupler removes the spring from question and works on worn shafts without issue. Simply renewing for a sprung coupler will only end in the same fate. Our uprated oil filled nylon couplers start at just £38.”
Here’s a couple of links from their ebay shop for the F-Type V6....
