Sports seats wear - newer F Types

Hi all
I have a 2014 F Type with sports seats and they’re wearing well - no marks/creases etc.
I have been looking to change my car to a newer model recently but have been put off by some of the images I have seen with regards to the wearing on the upper sections of the newer style sports seats (on low mileage examples).

For those of you with recent models and the new style sports seats are they wearing well?

Below is an example of some of the wear and tear that’s been putting me off them.

The newer seats look nowhere near as nice as the old ones, they look cheaper.
However if your weight saving conscious I believe they are 7kg lighter each, so save a total of 14kg and I guess is maybe why Jaguar changed to those or it was just to save cost, who knows.

I’ve just got a MY2018 car and the new seats are far more comfortable and the increased leg room is very welcome as well. The car I bought is 12months old and has done 10k miles and the seats sow no wear of sagginess.

Regards
Andrew

I too have the new titanium thinner seats and over 18st and 6ft 5in they are showing absolutely no signs of wear after 6000 odd miles.
There extremely comfortable on long journeys and one of the main reasons I bought the car as the seats in previous models wouldn't go back or down enough for me to be comfortable.
