If you purchased from a dealer, then as posted above return to the dealer and get them to fix it. It’s covered by consumer law even if you have no warranty.
Disks are a possible cause but they rarely warp. Most likely pad deposits on the surface. Before going to the expense of replacing them run a series of cleaning cycles.
Find a long clear empty piece of road. Accelerate to 60 and brake hard but steadily to almost a stop but don’t stop then back to 60, repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 times, then drive for a while without braking to cool the disks. That will clear pad deposits off the disks.
If it doesn’t then start a diagnosis of disks, loose or damaged suspension, tracking out, wheels not balance, tyre pressures different, etc.
