Just purchased a new to me F-Type. The plate looks great. It amazing how a slightly shorter one seems to change the front a fair bit. <br /><br />Much better than the sticker on the bonnet effort.

The bonnet sticker idea doesn't do anything for me.<br />It's something I always do to my cars. For the F Type it's really easy to take 2 pieces out of the backing plate keeping the centre section that fits to the cross bar. Plastic welded together makes it about a 30 minute project and cleans up the front end. I have the 2 original holes to fill and spray but a bigger complete front end change in process, so no hurry on that :)
 
Welcome ... and a great looking F-Type ... front plate treatment looks good ... great colour BTW, but then I may be a little biased <img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley4.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" />
