Rumbling noise

Evening people hope everybody is well.

Had some new discs and pads fit all round and have only done 400 miles. Went out in it the other day and on heavy braking I've heard a rumble noise from the front.

Any ideas or could it be wheel bearings.

pads and discs need running in, no heavy usage for first miles
