Hi all,
I read through this briefly today after a problem with my 2013 v6s.
The weather was nice today so I decided to get the roof down and give the car a run.
The roof went down without a problem, however when I tried putting it back up the windows started to go and the wings opened however that’s all that happened. I assumed an electrical glitch so switch the car on and off and still nothing.
I read about disconnecting the battery etc so I did all that, no change. My car currently has the wings up and the roof down. I found the manual tools to manually put the roof down however because the wings have lifted, the bolt between the head rests isn’t there. That must move when the wings lift.
I’ve tried jiggling all the terminals and still nothing.
I’m covered under warranty so I just want to know if anyone has had the same and if so, what was it? Is it the terminals? All fuses are fine.
I just want to give the mechanics a heads up of similar problems with any one and what fixed it?
Thanks for all your replies in advance.
