Roof not latched max speed 30 mph

my ftype 2014 roof stuck in closed position for 3 month now i have changed the battery & secondary battery also the 2 roof sensor still facing the same issue "Roof not latched max speed 30 mph"i have done all of these changes in Maintenance garage not in the local dealer.

please guide me

I don't remember the codes right now, but they checked all codes

After examining the computer, they informed me that the problem was due to the secondary battery, and after changing it, they said it was from the sensor. After changing the sensors, they informed me that the final solution was to change the roof model.

That's a lot of possibly unconnected codes.

The second battery is just for stop/start in older models (newer models don't have this battery). I believe.

Might be worth checking the main earth cable in the right side front wing behind the inner lining. A few posts on forum about this and random faults etc it can cause.
