Rectangular "Emergency Kit" in Boot

My US 2017 F-Type SVR has the straps in the boot for what I'm guessing is the UK emergency med kit, but apparently a US dealer cannot source this part for me.

(I'm getting conflicting information as to what the correct part number is, as well)

The boot just looks unfinished, for lack of a better word, without it.

Is there some way to source this kit from the UK (or elsewhere) from a private seller? I'm being told that UK dealers will NOT sell the kit to me in the US.......

Not sure why a medical kit would be country specific?

The straps at the front of boot on my 2017 cabriolet is for the compressor kit. Or that's where it was when I bought the car.

The compressor kit is on the driver's side of the boot on my car. The sad lonely straps are on the fore portion of the boot.

Thanks for the links, but I must be confused as to what I'm looking for here.

The kit that I've seen mounted there in other cars is plastic and is about a US foot long (0.3048 meters)

If it were an Aston Martin, I would assume its where the umbrella would go :)

Could it be for a warning triangle. That would explain the size and shape and the fact you say you have seen a plastic case.

Yes, that’s where my warning triangle fits. Part number is C2P2895

I replaced our medi kit with a bottle of gin and small bottle of tonic.

Seems to cure all ills 😉

Yes, the two straps about a foot apart that are moulded into the boot bulkhead are for the warning triangle. I think it is a standard size, as mine now has the one from my last BMW fitted and it is a perfect fit.
