Rearview Mirror Camera - anyone tried it?

For anyone who doesn't have the reversing camera and also finds the rear view mirror a bit limited - has anyone tried installing a rear view mirror camera? Primarily to improve visibility to the rear, but also to act as a reversing camera and also as a front/rear dash cam. Seems like a great quality-of-life improvement for the price (better than just an after market reversing camera imo) but wasn't sure if it would be a clean install or not. In the future I think Jaguar plans to have this as standard in their mirrors. Appreciate any thoughts or experiences!

The Clearview (?) mirror available as a factory option specifically warns against being fitted for anyone with vision problems. Essentially if you use varifocals when you drive, they allow near focus when looking down and the mirror therefore needs you to tilt your head up so high it's almost impossible.
