Rear tail light query

Hi all,
I've got a 2018 3.0 v6 R dynamic and have just found a crack in the nearside tail light.
I've found a used replacement on ebay described as 'Jaguar ftype x152' for a reasonable price. Can anybody tell me if there are any differences in the tail lights between the early models and the facelifted ones like mine please?
 
Not sure when the shape changed but as far as I know you just need to check if it’s the original circular bottom shaped or the later squared off bottom shape - and maybe if it’s normal colour or smoked effect.

The angular shape change was for the MY21 facelift.

Earlier lights did change to having a smoke tint at some point. I think it was MY18, so new builds around April 2017 onwards, with the lamps being LED.

Are the March onwards 2017 tinted rear units interchangeable with the previous untinted versions?
