Yes, the easiest way to get Android Auto is to get a car with the 10" screen. All others with the 8" screen can have the feature retrofitted and how complicated it is depends on which hardware is fitted and on whether it's a coupé or convertible. I'd check out UAD's site for info on the different options.
These are the different headlights - the middle one is the MY18+ version. You can clearly see that the original xenons at the bottom have a different design. This particular one also has the US specific orange strip.

I think all seats are comfortable. I can't remember seeing any serious complaints about any F-Type seats. If you want to be on the safe side, get the latest top of the range performance seats which were introduced with the MY18 cars. You recognise them through a chrome insert under the headrest. I have them and they're super comfortable with loads of adjustment possibilities. They're also lighter and thinner than the pre facelift performance seats, providing even more space for tall drivers then in pre facelift cars.
You can't visually see on an image if seats are heated and cooled. You basically have to push the A/C dial and turn it left or right which then shows if cooling or heating is enabled. Cooling only came as an option with the MY18+ performance seats. To be honest it's not very efficient but does help a bit. This is my third Jag with cooled seats and it's been a bit half-arsed in all of them.
Good luck!
