I have noticed there are a few F-types for sale in non-Franchised Dealers, and a premium is being asked for. The newly appointed Jaguar Dealer in my area had an F-type 3000 in red with black leather interior in his compound a couple of weeks ago, and funny enough an independent Dealer about five miles down the road from him now has the exact copy, but with a £6000 increase in price. There seems to be Dealers who are prepared to do anything to make a quick profit. The Dealer I ordered my car from had a cancellation and did what I feel was the right thing, and offered that car to whoever was next on his waiting list. The previous Dealer in my area had such a bad reputation that many customers went outside the area to purchase Jaguars, and it seems that this new franchise Dealer is going down the same route, and not able to keep loyal customers by putting his profits before customers.
