Not for your particular areas, but I have bought pre-cut side skirt sections off a seller on eBay and they were perfect fit and very easy to "install".
Not sure how durable they''ll be as it's only been 6 months, but given how cheap and easy they are to install, I'd be ok having to replace every 2 years to keep it looking fresh.
