Peeling or blistering paint

The more I detail my car the more blemishes I’m finding.

The paint around the bonnet louvres and headlamp washer openings is beginning to peel and blister.

It’s well out of warranty but I would not expect this to happen.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I've not had that issue - doesnt sound right unless it's stone chips that have got water underneath the top coat perhaps.

I had PPF put on the front of my car from new which must have helped.
 
I have got loads of stone chips but non around the louvres.

Just spoken to Jag customer services who asked me to take it to a dealer so I have just arranged that for later today.

Wise move with the PPF I think.
