Order Placed!!!

Finally placed the order after a number of months of compare, research, youtube and this forum. The car spec'ed is:<div><br></div><div>V6S Auto, Ammonite Grey</div><div>19" Orbit 10 with Gloss Black and Diamond Turned finish</div><div>Panoramic Roof</div><div>Performance Seats and Interior Leather - Cirrus</div><div>Visibility Pack</div><div>Parking Pack</div><div>Memory Seat Pack</div><div>2-zone climate control and air quality sensor</div><div>Heated Seat</div><div>Meridian 380W</div><div>InControl Secure</div><div>Smart Keyless Entry</div><div>Sport Pedal Covers - Not sure if the Bright Sport Pedals be actually better but the covers cost less!</div><div>Sun Visor with Mirror - I'll need to add this to the order</div><div><br></div><div>I've noticed the actual price quoted on the order form is different (less!) to the price quoted on the Jaguar website configurator. The dealer assured me the configurator is correct. Will the actual price be confirmed and finalised once Jaguar has "accepted" the order? Or is it confirmed already?</div><div><br></div><div>I think it's going to be a long 3 months...</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
 
Finally picked up the car yesterday!!! A couple of things I've noticed on top of the car being great and sound absolutely awesome:<br /><br />1.) The Incontrol Remote is cool and the engine start is addictive. Do anyone has the meaning of the different symbol and the colour?<br />2.) I've connected an ipod to the USB (only one) but the car doesn't pick it up on start up. I have to reconnect the USB. Does anyone have the same problem?<br /><br />I can't seem to post any pics on here. Keep getting 500 error every time I try to upload...<br />

Thanks all! I am using it as a daily car and am loving it!<div><br></div><div>MOz, unfortunately I haven't driven a 20" so have can't make any comparison. But coming from a SLK, the F Type is a completely different beast.</div><div><br></div><div>The noise is awesome (not sure if all the neighbours agree!) and the dynamic mode can be quite addictive especially when everything turns red!</div>

<div><br></div><div>I have the same thing with my ipod - if I've not driven it for a good few hours I have to pull the USB cable out and put it back it before it connects, but if it's less than that it does seem to pick it up straight away. It's become part of my morning routine now.</div><div><br></div><div>Lovely car - and the colour is awesome!</div>

Correct me if I'm wrong though <img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
