Just looked up my OLSH.
The last service had a spark plug change, which was itemised on my invoice but not showing on the OLSH.

I spoke to the service advisor, she said she didn't think work like that was listed, just the type of service.

She is checking and will get back to me, but surely the OLSH must include all work done. Am I correct?

My last service included the spark plugs being changed, and it was listed in the OLSH, They also gave me a print out of the OLSH when I paid the bill, as they should do.

Yes I had a copy of the OLSH but hadn't noticed that the plug change was missing.
They have just called and said the OLSH has been updated. Just going to check.

Mine was recorded with incorrect mileage and just said oil change and didn't match invoice.

They changed it to correct mileage and itemised everything completed.

Worth a call to your dealer to get the date corrected.
