My car is one year old so I went to a renew the online pack for the car which includes Internet etc. i’d previously renewed the Guardian and tracker with Jaguar. I have spent a week trying to get some sense from Jaguar UK. One person said I couldn’t have it in my car. But I’ve had it for one year. The next person said I needed a link sent to my email it never arrived . This morning I spoke to 4 different people eventually one of them said they’d pass it on to technical. Anyone else had this issue.

MY24 vehicles should of come with a 3yr plan built in I believe. So presuming the car is an MY24 and not a 24 reg, and you have control of the InControl account with valid email then any renewals would come to you
I've just had my renewal on 8yr old car so have renewed for final 2yrs.

(10th digit on vin is R) Subscriptions wise, nav pro, remote and secure tracker all valid for 3 years from date of purchase
Online pack only valid for 1 year from date of purchase
I got car from main dealer so guessing 1 year is standard for online pack.
Out of interest do you know how much renewal is for online pack
