On line media

Hi over the last couple of weeks I have been trying to use Spotify via on line media and it just keeps searching. I’m also getting the same in my ipace.

It use to work perfectly in both cars.

Any ideas?

I noticed that I got kicked out of the online media Spotify the other week and had to log in again, but then it worked fine. Last used it earlier this week.

I log back in on both cars click Spotify then it just stays on searching screen on both cars

Just used mine today again without any problems, so no general/central problem. I'd check your account and spotify settings on the incontrol web site.
