Oil type manual gearbox?

Hello,

I am Rénald from France and I own a V6 340 manual gearbox.
I would like to change oil of the gearbox.
What is the type of oil for this ZF manual and the procedure, by overflow? Or capacity?

This PDF brings all the information you need about the ZF 6 Speed S6-45 on your F-type. How old is it and how many miles/kms has it covered? The manufacturer recommends changing the oil at 10 years or 150,000 miles.

My car is from 2015 and has 50,000 kms, or around 31,000 miles.

I prefer to do it for safety reasons, because yesterday I changed the differential, and when I saw the state of the oil and only the capacity collected, it scared me!

What concerns me about the type of oil for the manual gearbox, Pentosin FFL3, is that it is oil for auto gearboxes. This manual works with such fluid oil?

Had a look and it seems that it's been specifically designed for ZF gearboxes both manual and dual clutch automatic. How much oil does the rear diff take?

I put 1l2 by overflow, and I removed only 70cl, to convert into your units
