Just happened to see this nice explanation about the differences between the base and S V6 cars. Knowing that the gentleman is an F-Type specialist I was just a bit surprised that he didn't mention one significant difference between them - the passive vs adaptive suspension.
Another surprising thing was the noise difference. I've never driven a 340 but thought they sounded exactly the same.
