The original will always remain the best. The only major evolution for Jaguar in this segment is in fact to make a commercial version of the CX75 (J Type).
Good that they are retaining the V8.

AIUI, their contract with Ford to build the V8s ends next year, which is why they're looking (in the wrong place ) for an alternative.
