Hi,

Picked up my used FType a couple of weeks ago, and am having a blast in it, didn't drive it with the roof up for the first week :D . It's just awesome, way better than my previous Audi TT Mk3..

I do have one question, at between 800 - 1500 rpm I hear a strange noise, that I originally thought was a pump or relay operating, but now I think is a vibration type noise, coming from the rear near side of the car. It isn't very loud and I can only hear it with the roof up and then it isn't there as I'm normally above 1500 rpm!!

Any ideas? Do you think I should take it back to the dealers for them to look at?

Welcome Seacourt. Interesting colour! Haven't seen that colour out on the road before.

Re: the strange noise. I think it would be worth taking it in to the dealer. If it's the noise I experienced with my car it could be to do with the active exhaust. What ever was making the sort of buzzing noise at low revs in my car was done under warranty at my annual service last year. No buzzing since.
 
Lovely colour - one of the best for the F-type in my opinion. Roof down definitely adds to the drama - enjoy!
