Give Grossglockner heading south from Innsbruck a try. You won't be disappointed

I certainly wasn’t disappointed! It is out on its own without many other equivalent passes nearby which is why I favour the Swiss passes but in isolation Grossglockner is a special place to be.

Personally I wouldn't bother adding a centre speaker even if the system can be made to drive it. Even an upgraded speaker on mine sounds coloured and spoils the sound quality, so I use just the stereo setting rather than surround.

That’s interesting. Did you change the speaks on a standard audio system or was it a Meridian system?

It's on the Meridian surround high power system. I dynamatted and soundproofed the doors and upgraded the door speakers as well as the centre speaker. It sounds great faded forwards and stereo only.
