New joiner - Searching for a V6 S

New joiner here As the title states I'm currently searching for a V6 S (2015 -2017 MY) in the UK market and had a few questions:

• Is there a model year within 2015-2017 to avoid?

• Can F-Types with the standard audio system be upgraded?

• Is there a significant difference between the standard seats and the performance seats?

• Any general tips when searching for a V6 S?
