New F-Type Detailing

Nice one dezzy
Very nice!

I have treated mine with Gtechniq products as well, and I am very happy with the result - also long time.

Thanks guys.

I've decided against PPF for a variety of reasons, one being that it limits the detailing products I can use and, as you can see, I do enjoy detailing! It's got the tiny bit of PPF low down just in front of the arches but I'm not going to bother having the rest of the car done.

Cheers,

D

I also enjoy detailing but I got a stone chip on one of the headlights and on the bonnet after 700 miles. I used Xpel and it doesn't show, and you still get a nice shine and no stone chips. Your car looks beautiful in black but if you get any chips they will stand out.
Steve.

Very nice dezzy, I read your thread yesterday. If you need any wax let me know lol. Got some threads on there wanner69

It looks good!

I decided to do the same and had my new Type S in for a two-stage paint correction and applied a nano coating (Max Protect UNC-R) at a local detailer, TLCDetailing.co.uk. (check our their Facebook page for my pics). Anyway, I honestly can't believe just how good it looks. Over the moon. First time I've used a detailer and can't believe the difference.

There's still plenty to detail when you have PPF installed believe me!

I have just saved a squillion pounds on products and whittled my stocks right down...which isn't a bad thing!

Good thing is that you don't have to look after the paint any more, just Pledge or Mr Sheen the film every once in a while (although I do still Zymol it every now and then) and you can concentrate on the interior/underneath and wheels.

A very good friend of mine is considered to be one of the finest detailers in the UK.

He had an SVR in today.

I can heartily recommend his work.

https://autocurators.com

Website has all the detail but his name is Paul Townsend. When you see the cars entrusted into his care if you are local to him and want work done I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tell him MOz sent you!

Hi folks,

Fancy helping me win a detailing competition? Please vote for me here:

http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/Competition/Entry.aspx?EntryId=3458

I think you need to enter a short comment for the vote to work.

Let's get an F-type into the lead rather than a Porsche!

Thanks!
D
