I actually have two other cars..
.. a Discovery 3 TdV6 HSE Luxury with 326.000km's , drives like new. My favorite car, above the F-Type.
Bought it in 2010, in the crises. Nobody wanted a SUV that costs in roadtax € 2800 at that time [ now € 3500..].
So I got it cheap, at 35% of the newprice.. :mrgreen:
I love it because it is so versatile. You can always do what you want [ at anytime ..] since the car is a posh car, a work horse,
a people mover [7 seats], an excellent off-roader.. .... and a livingroom on wheels... .. it tows up to 3500Kg..
A BMW Tourer 216, 3 cilinder [ chinese built engine..]. This a shopping trolley for short distances. In winter it heats up in just one kilometer,
its roomy [ big enough for 5 normal built adults to travel op to one hour ], good fuel economy and just a good quality car. No thrills...
We traded the Alfa Romeo Mito Centenuario 135hp in, since is was just too small. In summer the Discovery stays in Portugal at our
house there, but we still need to visit relatives about one hour away.. .. hence the MPV next to a SUV..
Got it 6 months ago, less then 2 years old, with 3 years free maintenance and 2 years warranty.. .. what could go wrong..
Didn't even bother to ever take a picture of it.. .. this is from the dealer website, from the add..

Sold my Merc E500 to part-finance the Jag. Other cars still lurking - got my X5 4.4 back fro my daughter. Trying to sell the Jeep as 5 cars ( incl 3x V8s
and 2x V6) is not pleasing my wife.
