2021 facelift F-Type R P575 supercharged 5.0 V8 coupe, Bluefire blue. I recently bought it used approved, 2 and a half years old, 24k miles on the clock. Everything seems perfect with no problems, not even any of the squeaks, creaks, or rattles that people report; beautiful car. Had a go on a track to safely get it going at would be license losing speeds. At speeds >110mph there is a really loud buzzing roaring wind noise that seems to come from the top of the windscreen! Not an issue for driving at normal UK road speed limits of course, but has anyone else had this and is there a known cause and fix?

I frequently drive at such speeds, never had that issue and haven't read or heard about any other F-Type having it either.

Thanks @MajorTom. I think I’ll put a piece of insulating tape covering the gap between the top of the windscreen and the front of the glass roof first to see if that eradicates it, then at least hopefully I will have identified where it’s coming from. The only other possibility I think maybe it could be the new windscreen wiper blades (I fitted Bosch ones rather than genuine Jaguar ones), changing them to the genuine Jaguar ones would be my next investigative step. I obviously can’t demonstrate it to a dealership engineer on a test-drive on UK roads!!! LOL.

Can't really think of any other potential offending areas so that sounds like a good approach. Good luck! :)

I know it's an old thread but did you ever figure this out? Had the same issue on my 22 R forever, but above 120mph for me (on a closed course, of course). Taken videos of it but of course the dealer won't do anything because they can't have their guys reproduce it.

Only thing I can think it's maybe the windshield wipers? I replaced the OEM ones with Bosch ones but they didn't have the same aero shroud around the mounting point
