Good to hear you and your F type are back on the road and you didn't sell it or anything. I've seen other people do that and regret it afterwards.

There's nothing like bit of sunshine and the roar of an F type to blow away the misery of the winter. I can remember when you bought your car and isn't it amazing that these cars can still make us smile and we never get bored with them even years later.

Hi Mick, I see you have a Velocity Blue SVR. Absolutely stunning colour but seems to be so rare. I am on the hunt for one. Would you know how many Velocity Blue SVRs there are out there? Do you have any pictures of yours to share? I am guessing you have no intention of selling any time soon?!

I believe there are only possibly 5 SVRs in Velocity Blue in the UK.

I know owners of two others (one of those cars had a number of problems and was returned to the dealer). I think there's another owner around London that came up on one of the Facebook groups last year and then there's the crash repaired car that's on You Tube. I know that the 2 pictured below won't be going up for sale any time soon.

There's also a 2018 V8R knocking about, which someone on here specified as their new build.

It's probably quite rare as the SVO colours were a £4500 -£6000 option. The only other colour I liked was in metallic red, but I think there could be even less of those in existence (1 maybe).

. Perhaps it's to do with those original Project 7 grills, as those cars do always seem to have their bonnets open each time. There must be a problem with cooling! Do you think the stripped out interior could be some sort of light weight version maybe ?
